" Your wounds can be turned into your wisdom. Your stumbling blocks can become your stepping stones if you choose. Do not miss the remarkable opportunity that adversity and even tragedy presents. Your life can be made even better by the things that break your heart."
" Growth sometimes comes in difficult ways. But growth is always good. If you could look down at your life from a 50,000- foot perspective, you would see that everything that's happening is very beautiful. Priceless, actually."
" Immediately before a great victory, one will often experience a stunning defeat. The key is to maintain your focus and keep on believing. Don't give up."
" There are no mistakes in life, only lessons. There is no such thing as a negative experience, only opportunities to grow, learn and advance along the road of self-mastery. From struggle comes strength. Even pain can be wonderful teacher."
Enjoy the life!
On going life.....!
This book reminds me to forbid three things which are :
1. Not to blame others.
2.Always admit own responsibility.
3.No more excuses.
I have to take charges in my life.
Setting my goals..................
It is very important to set goals in life. I have only 2 goals right now to achieve in this upcoming 15 days. Some books can really change a person's life. I recently talk with one of my dear one, who was really frustrated about the life; Only spending 2 hours and motivating for setting goals, can help some one to being charged and positive about life! Wow.. amazing....I really enjoyed that transformation. Today, I am really missing my friends and some of my colleagues

Anyways, I was talking with one of my chat friend and he is in army. He was talking about a upcoming project that they are going to launch in this October. Its based on making new markets of groceries and selling them a very low price then the current price rate in the markets. Through that, they can control the price of vegetables and other crops. Most liking part of this project for me is that, they are trying to give a good amount of money to the farmers for their crops. I think, the idea is fine and as the govt. already give them the permission, according to him, so it may start showing its effect from October. But what makes me irritate is that, I was asking him about some barriers that they may face while they will run the project; and he hardly can answer me the solutions. To me, it's sounds like he didn't do his homework! Then I started making lots of queries and made his life hell! ;)
When I was watching today's evening news in NTV, I found that they are focusing on this same issue;a Hillisha fish is selling at a price of 800/- TK which is more then $10 USD! And the current government recently band exporting Hilisha fish in India, cause fish traders are exporting it for $2usd! According to today's news, they still exporting it. I really can't understand why this things are happening in our country.
Apart from that, now I am learning using "ubantu", a Linux based operating system. "ubantu" means "humanity toward others"...is sponsored by Canonical Ltd, owned by South African Mark Shuttle worth; the name of the distribution comes from the African concept of ubuntu! That's sounds interesting.:) this operating system made for average users. hmmm. For this reason I find it user friendly and start liking it more then Windows!
In my office, all the computers have this operating system, and all are connected through Intranet. An intranet is a private computer network that uses Internet protocols, network connectivity to securely share part of an organization's information or operations with its employees!hmmmm;) Moreover, we are using some software, which are so advanced and user friendly that, what else my kind of tech lover may want. Our head office is in Malaysia, and they are monitoring all our activities from there! I think it's good that I start from a small multinational organization and I think it will help me to develop my professionalism.
Instead of this job and MBA, I am planing of doing a job of my own. I am start making a list of what I want to learn and which skills I want to develop to be what I want to be! lets see, how close I can be!
Today I want to watch Indian Idol III, and my favorite is Anteeka! She is a genuine performer and all other contestants have a fear of her performance cause she is so unpredictable! She got the chance in gala through wild card! I think, Allah makes those life real hell, who may be a real star in future. And I think that's fare enough;) only 15 min to go!1,2,3......;)

Cheers to Bangladeshi govt and Indian govt. Moreover, now Bangladesh railway is started to rebuild some rail lines as broad gage. yahoooooo. that means we may have that kind of train like we traveled in India. OH, I love this care taker govt. May Allah bless them and long live care taker govt. Moreover, Bangladesh has signed in ASIAN railway agreement, so with in 2008-09, we, Asian can visit any country! I really like traveling:). If Asia also comes out with a same currency like the Euro and didn't required any visa or work permit to work in ASIA, that will open a door to lots of talented people to utilize their potential. And I always prefer a working environment where different people with different cultures are working together. I think thats creates a healthy environment to work. I wish that will happened very soon insallah.
While I was modifying my IGoogle site, I got a cool site with poems and presentations. The style of the presentation is same as I made in my LCP election :)
So, here is the poem of that site, author is unknown:(
BCC: I will describe about the rest of my journey of previous post ;0 very soon insallah.
When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit,
Rest, if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a failure turns about,
When he might have won had he stuck it out;
Don't give up though the pace seems slow--
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than,
It seems to a faint and faltering man,
Often the straggler has given up,
When he might have captured the victor's cup,
And he learned too late when the night slipped down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out--
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It may be near when it seems so far,
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit--
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.
I really like it.
BCC: Bangladesh is now playing steady today.:)
I am Back!
Wow…After a long time, I am back. Again start writing my blog! My dear blog, trust me, though there wasn’t enough time to miss you, ;) but I missed you a lot. Hehehe.

After being waiting a lot for the final confirmation, UK Government at last confirm me that Yh I was also selected as the delegate.!!!! WOW..WOW..Is it a dream? I was asking myself! Well, Etha, well done! But now you need the travel bruiser!
20th April:
They confirmed that, Yes, my application was strong enough to get the travel bruiser!!! Yes, Yes, Yes… now they are advising me to apply for VISA.
For UK Visa, I needed 9000 taka(63 pound) Cash, And I had only 3500 taka. It took another 17 days to save that money. I only told my mom and one of my friends about it.
(bcc: that’s the month I departed from AIESEC, a month full of surprisesL)
7th May: The day I applied for VISA. Ameena (One of my AIESEC friends, now she resigned) told me that, I had to take photos with white back ground. To me it’s already late. Cause those who were sponsoring my travel and other expenses, they wrote me to inform them as soon as I could, and the travel booking would be cancel after 28 th April! Now, Look at my photos! Oh its with Blue back ground! YAAR, I feel like I was dead.
It was
For a while, I was thinking “really? But how!!!I called VFS, and they told me that I have to come to UDAY tower! They are working here and they are giving wrong information! how come? Is this guy telling me the right direction!? Confusion.” I just snidely go through the chart while talking with the guy! Yh he was right, there was no VFS.
May 12th : Got a email from IAIN , asking me about the progress of my visa. He was man for whom we, all the youth delegates, could participate in such a big event.
May 15th: At last, I got my VISA! Wow, it’s a multi transit visa, for Six months. Yahoo..
I reached at home
May 17 th : My mom was the only person who knew about it. She was so tensed if my dad gave me permission to attend this or not!
Then I opened the second page, hmm they were paying all my travel expenses!! Then he asked, ”but you need VISA”. I smiled, and said I got the VISA too. After seeing my VISA, confusedly looking at me and asking me "then what you want?! ". I said, "Dad I need you permission…"..after that, how any father can deny to give his daughter permission to go to
May 18th: 11pm : I got my ticket, confirmed my AUNT (my mom’s youngest sister) that I didn’t get the schedule according to my preferences, but I will try to change my return ticket for LONDON. Don’t worry.
May 19th to MAY 21st: the time flied like missile. I hardly could trace it!
May 21 st :

My sis and brother named me “RAJKUMARI”[princess] as the whole family was there while I was going for INDIA by BUS for AIESEC conference” hihihih.] But this time, mom and dad!MOM, I love you too. I understand her feelings! And I am in business class! Thanks to ALLAH for the blessing.
Oh, I am tired. Have MBA classes up to
BCC: Now i was checking mail at my hotmail acc as its full of 442 mails! Well NOW I get a email from my chines friend JOYCE, AND I feel so happy...we had a great time in Scotland and also in LONDON. She was in my aunt house for one night there and we had lots of fun.. and we all(my aunt, uncle, my cousin and me) watch GURU...I at last managed original DVD of GURU..hehehe..Ameena's DAD bought that for me from INDIA!

I don't know why I am feeling so sad, and having unbearable pain inside my heart...why I am crying..I don't know.. I don't understand...I should forgive..But I don't know when I can! I wish I will forgive that person soon. :) That much I can pray for u and for myself.
Talking with Starts!
I got an assignment from a software farm; and beside my preparation for exam, I am trying to complete it. This is my first professional assignment as a computer engineer. So, Etha! Good luck! When I started it, for first 35 modules, so much time was required that I was near to loose my patience. But now, my quality and quantity of work are increasing and yes, I am happy. ;D
Instead of writing for my blog [I am writing on a diary; as here is no electricity and I can’t run my pc through IPS ;( ] I should work on ABBYY now. Oh! In my room, from my bed, you can see the whole sky, through the window! And I can see the sun rise and moon set (!) too. Though I hardly wake up before
And I am talking about my college days with them! When I was in Holy Cross, Me and Eva used to go to college at 6.30 am, as my dad was posted in Sunamgang and my “Boro chacha”(my dad’s elder brother) used to drop us college while he was going for his office( he is a an exceptional renowned boss of his bank who used to come so early; like 5.30am or 6.00; office remains open at that time for him; so no wonder we went that early!) So, instead of taking
We were the rising bird of the morning; trees and real birds were the only company we had! But sometimes, Shilla Ahmed( Yh ! yh ! yh! The famous actress and daughter of Humayun Ahmed ;)] came at
Sister Sikha, Sister Pollen, my games Miss, Mrs. Kabir( she was the final decision maker of our drama team; who would do what roll, bla bla bla), our Vice Principal Rina das( she used to call everyone “DEAR”; even when she was annoyed or forbidding someone!! One of the DAM smart persons I have seen:D), famous Sarker sir…wow what teachers I had!
Sister Sikha was not only my favorite, she was the queen of the hearts of our entire batch( because of her nature); That’s we all realized asking each other about which essay they wrote in the Board exam; everyone wrote about her as “My favourite teacher!”. I wanted to admit in Holy Cross cause when I first time entered in the college, I saw lots of girls are playing lots of games(You will be amazed if I take you to our games room!) : basket balls, cricket, handballs and so on. go No, I am not very good at those; I will prefer badminton or baseball. Yes, we often played baseball (I learn that there) in my college.
When I am writing this blog, all my those sweet memories are rush into my heart and …If my Allah (god) comes to me and ask me, “if I permit you to go back in any time of your life; then where do u want to go?”
I will reply,“I want to go back to my college life, as I was!”
